All editorial content published on spotifymody.live, including but not limited to reviews, guides, comparison tables, and field notes, is the copyright of SpotifyMody unless otherwise noted. You may quote brief excerpts (up to 200 words) for non-commercial purposes with attribution and a link back to the source. You may not republish entire articles, scrape the site at scale, or use our content to train AI models without our prior written permission.
3. Third-party software
This site reviews and discusses third-party software, including Spotify MOD APKs developed by independent developers. We do not develop, host, distribute, or endorse any specific APK. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a third-party developer. Your installation and use of any third-party software discussed on this site is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your device, loss of data, account termination, legal consequence, or other harm arising from your use of third-party software.
4. No warranty
The information on this site is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be available at any particular time or that it will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotifyMody and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or your installation of any third-party software discussed on this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Newsletter
If you subscribe to the weekly newsletter, you consent to receive one email per week from SpotifyMody. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email. We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your email address with any third party.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpotifyMody is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
